Description
If you have never scuba dived with Pipefish before, Pipefish look like straight-bodied Seahorses with tiny mouths. Their name comes from the strange looking “snout”, which is like a long tube, ending in a narrow and small mouth which opens upwards and is toothless. The body and tail are generally long, thin, and almost snake-like. They each have a highly modified skeleton formed into armored plating. This dermal skeleton has several “longitudinal ridges”, which makes them appear “vertical”, not round, or oval as most other fish.
This wonderful pendant not only reminds of us of why we scuba dive, but also shows our love of diving, and the underwater world. Wearing it is also a great way to meet other divers socially as they will know you are probably a diver as well!
Why not add this Pipefish Sterling Silver Pendant to your scuba diving souvenirs and memories?
